Word: Fonoimoana
Why: It's just one of those silly sounding names I heard a few years ago, and I don't really know why it's repeating itself right now. It's kind of like Will Ferrell's character in Elf, when he goes to his dad's office and meets a coworker named Francisco...Francisco...Francisco.
Eric Fonoimoana is a professional volleyball player who won the gold medal in the 2000 Olympics. I first read about him in the mid-90's in Volleyball Magazine (yes, there is such a thing, and I was even a subscriber!)
