Why: I have no idea, though I can say with certainty that it was in no way prefaced by any thoughts of Mrs. Doubtfire. I read once where this song was based upon "Jump" by kid-rapper group Kris Kross, but except for the common word, I think the two songs sound completely different.
Old geezer moment: The two members of Kris Kross, Chris Kelly and Chris Smith, are now 30 and 29 years old, respectively. Somebody fetch my false teeth!
